I was very impressed with workmanship and I was in need of a roof replcement as was 2 others in my cul-de-sac.... read more Got quotes from 3 roofing co's & DLV gave the best price. All of us were very pleased with their work and followup after roofing was complete. Now 7 yrs. later I found a gouge where a tree limb had hit the roof. Called DLV, they sent a manager out who evaluated the entire roof and set up an appt. for roof repair. Though it was not cover by warranty (b/c it was due to the branch) Paul, the mgr., still did not charge me for this small repair and had a roofer out w/in a week to complete this minor repair. The repair tech contacted me before coming, fixed the problem and sent pics of B4 and after repair. In today's market many contractors want your business, are slow to respond or slow to start the job, and are never heard from if a problem arises in the future. DLV were quick to get the original 3 houses done and 7yrs. later quick to respond and fix a problem that was no fault of their workmanship or the manufacture's (Certainteed) product. I highly reccommend DLV Roofing & Exteriors if you want a quality job and a company that puts their customers first even years later.

March 26, 2025Dallas-DFW Texas General Mgr. Chad Mitchell and his crewman came to inspect my roof from the recent high winds and storm damage. They were both very nice and knowledgeable.... read more Chad explained the minimal damages in details and pointed out services I did not need. I felt very comfortable with him as if I knew him for years. He asked if his crewman could go back onto the roof and place underlayment to the roof to protect the exposed areas missing shingles for FREE even if I choose to not hire him . He wanted to provide this service since the forecast predicted heavy rain within 2 days. To be honest it took me by surprise. I had three other companies inspect my roof and not one of them offered the same service. I was very impressed and appreciated his willingness to help. Crewman Danny De La Vega did a fantastic job !!! He replaced shingles near ridge and hip, seal pipe boots and vents, seal fasteners and removed and proper disposal of all materials thorough clean up of the entire work area and ensuring all nails and debris were hauled away! Highly recommend this guy and DLV Roofing Dallas Inc. The service and quality is the BEST in the DFW area.
