Sales Manager

I grew up in New Hampshire and joined the U.S. Army right after high school, where I learned the value of discipline, hard work, and attention to detail. After completing my service, I moved to Charleston, South Carolina, and quickly fell in love with the area’s coastal lifestyle and tight-knit community. I’ve been working in the roofing industry for five years now, and I take pride in helping homeowners protect and enhance their homes through quality craftsmanship and honest service. When I’m not on a roof, you’ll usually find me out on the water—either surfing or fishing, depending on the waves. I’m proud to be part of a team that puts customers first and stands behind every project we take on.

Superintendent

My name is Nathan Ramirez and I am a native to Myrtle Beach, SC. I recently moved to Charleston after graduating from Coastal Carolina University. I currently hold the position as a Project Consultant with DLV Roofing and Exteriors. When at work, I enjoy spending my time meeting with new homeowners and assisting them with helping their projects come to life. On my off days, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé outdoors or trying new activities.

New Construction Sales Manager

Rob started his career at DLV in 2018 as a Repairs Manager. Through a strong work ethic & unwavering integrity, Rob quickly advanced within the company, ultimately earning his current role as New Construction Sales Manager.
A Lowcountry native, Rob is deeply committed to serving his community by delivering unmatched customer service and ensuring complete client satisfaction. His local roots and hands-on experience give him a unique understanding of the area’s needs and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Outside of work, Rob is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He also loves spending time traveling with his wife and their two children.

Abby is our go-to problem solver and the engine behind our daily operations! She oversees our accounting functions, office logistics and leads process improvements and training for all teams. Though most of her work is behind the scenes, Abby’s impact is felt in every part of the business. If something needs to get done, you can count on her to make it happen—efficiently and with a smile.
Fun fact: Obsessed with Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher from Starbucks- the baristas know her name and order by heart

“Before joining the roofing industry, I served as a combat photojournalist in the U.S. Air Force from 1983 to 1994. After the military, I spent 12 years in outdoor advertising before making a major career shift in 1997. What started as a desire to learn roofing skills for volunteer work turned into a full-time passion—one that’s kept me in the industry for over 27 years.
At DLV Roofing, I bring decades of hands-on experience in high-end residential and commercial roofing. Over the years, I’ve managed service departments, warehouse operations, metal fabrication shops, and trained countless team members across multiple specialties. My focus is always on quality, attention to detail, and doing what’s right for our customers and our crew.
