They were both very nice and knowledgeable.... read more Chad explained the minimal damages in details and pointed out services I did not need. I felt very comfortable with him as if I knew him for years. He asked if his crewman could go back onto the roof and place underlayment to the roof to protect the exposed areas missing shingles for FREE even if I choose to not hire him . He wanted to provide this service since the forecast predicted heavy rain within 2 days. To be honest it took me by surprise. I had three other companies inspect my roof and not one of them offered the same service. I was very impressed and appreciated his willingness to help. Crewman Danny De La Vega did a fantastic job !!! He replaced shingles near ridge and hip, seal pipe boots and vents, seal fasteners and removed and proper disposal of all materials thorough clean up of the entire work area and ensuring all nails and debris were hauled away! Highly recommend this guy and DLV Roofing Dallas Inc. The service and quality is the BEST in the DFW area.
