As DLV’s HR Generalist/Accounting Admin Assistant, Donna​ is responsible for maintaining accuracy in daily accounting operations, managing payroll functions, and benefits coordination.  With many years of experience in banking, finance and record keeping,​ ​she​ brings expertise in financial accuracy and organization and has a strong attention to detail.​ She believes that trust is built through consistency, transparency, and treating people with respect—values that mirror the foundation of DLV Roofing itself. Donna believes that doing things the right way, even when no one is watching, is the foundation of real integrity. Donna is known for being ​dependable and organized with strong, ethical standards.​ She takes pride in​ being someone the team can rely on for answers, support, and steady guidance. Outside of work, she​ enjoys ​spending time with family, traveling, and serving in community.​
