As DLV’s Operations Supervisor, Julia is responsible for managing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.  With over a decade of leadership training and managerial experience, along with five years in the roofing industry, she creates a culture centered on excellence and DLV’s mission of service. Julia is known for being helpful, kind, and an effective problem‑solver. She takes pride in creating solutions that deliver sustainable, long‑term benefits. Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with family and friends—often with a cocktail in hand.
